CANCELLATIONS In case of a withdrawn decision, the organisers will return 70%
of the attendance fee.
The withdrawn notification is possible only in a written form, by fax, until
2005, September 15.
After September 15, 2005, only replacement of participants is accepted.
VISAS
For most countries the visa is accorded directly at the Turkish border. Nevertheless,
please check with the Turkish Embassy in your country whether a visa is required
or not for your travel to Turkey.
