- 120 euro/pers - Early Bird Fee (until September 9th, 2011)
- 190 euro/pers (starting September 10th, 2011)

In case of a withdrawn decision, the organizers will return 50% of the attendance fee.

The withdrawn notification is possible only in a written form, by fax, until October 5th, 2011. After this date, only replacement of participants is accepted.

Please check with the local Romanian Embassy or Consulate if a visa is required for entering the country.

The organizers cannot be held responsible for the failure of obtaining a VISA for entering Romania or for any issue related to the traveling arrangements of any given participants.
